LOCATION: Toronto Public Library Northern District Branch, 40 Orchard View Blvd. (1 block N of Eglinton, W off Yonge), Room 224 (2nd floor).
SPEAKER: Illustrator Sue Todd produces her distinctive art with lino-carving, an ancient printmaking technique similar to woodcut. Her eye-catching work has appeared in numerous books, magazines, posters and even on a bus. She has illustrated children's books by authors that include Eric Walters, Tomson Highway and Laura Alary. Lino-carving is a fascinating medium and Sue is such a talented artist--you don't want to miss this meeting!

TRANSIT & PARKING: From Eglinton station on the Yonge subway line, walk 1 block N on Yonge to Orchard View. The closest parking is Yonge-Eglinton Centre's (expensive) underground lot with an entrance on Orchard View. Green P parking lots are on Erskine, Castlefield and Sherwood.
