CANSCAIP JANUARY MEETING
DATE & TIME: Wednesday, January 13, 7:00 p.m.
TOPIC: Estate Planning
Ever wonder about who owns and/or benefits from the copyright on your book after you have shuffled off this mortal coil? Do your heirs understand that they are entitled to those fat royalty cheques for (currently) 50 years after your death?
Please join us in January to learn the details regarding estate planning for artists.
SPEAKERS: Our guest speaker is well-known lawyer Marian Hebb. She practises art, entertainment and copyright law, and has advised authors and artists for over three decades.
