Bio
Lauren Foster-MacLeod is an artist and illustrator who grew up in Montreal and settled in Ottawa after graduating from art school. Lauren draws and paints, loving many different art mediums and has done freelance illustration for over 35 years, including doing courtroom sketching, which she has done since 2010. While she has illustrated adult non-fiction books, Lauren’s ambition to illustrate a children’s picture book has finally been achieved with the November 2022 release of Bree and Me: A True Story of a Rescue Rooster’s Journey.
